Ismael Hurtado

When Ismael Hurtado sought care at Rush University Medical Center, it was his last chance to save his right foot, which suffered from poor circulation due to peripheral artery disease (PAD). It was a long journey, but with treating physician Kumar Madassery, MD, Ismael kept his foot and is well on the road to recovery.
